After Mary J. Blige Sung the National Anthem, A Dead Body Was Found at The 2012 Kentucky Derby

Despite all the controversy, the award winning artist, Mary J. Blige did a wonderful job singing the national anthem at the 2012 Kentucky Derby. Unfortunately, after the race ended, the Louisville Metro Police are investigating a death at the derby. A body was found at Churchill Downs early this morning.

According to Louisville Metrosafe, the body was found after 4:30 a.m. in one of the barns on the backside of the downs. Police say the body was found in barn number 8. Homicide detectives are on the scene now.
